SANDBLASTING
The technological process uses metal alices and mechanical centrifugation
Automatic: parts with dimensions between 100 mm and 1000 mm at a capacity of approx. 150 pieces/h
Manual: parts with dimensions between 100 mm and 5000 mm
CLEANING OF PARTS AND TREATMENT WITH SPECIAL PHOSPHATE SOLUTIONS
Cleaning is done with high pH solutions and ensures degreasing of the parts
Phosphating uses very good quality solutions and gives the paint layer a
better mechanical strength, but also excellent lastingness
Process applied to both steel and cast iron parts, as well as to galvanized or aluminum alloys
ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING
Processing of parts with a maximum weight of 200 kg and maximum dimensions of 3000*1500*900 mm (L*H*I)
Working speed up to 1.5 m/min, depending on the complexity of the part
Automatic or manual painting; capacity 100 – 1000 parts, depending on size, in cycles of about 4 hours
Glossy, matte, textured paint
