On March 11th 2019, by the Council Chamber of 11.03.2019, the Brasov Court House ordered the opening of the insolvency procedure in the general form in accordance with the Law no.85 / 2014, for ICCO ENERG S.R.L., in the file no. 926/62/2019, appointing CITR Branch Brasov SPRL as judicial administrator.
